I'm about to go to Overheated Yoga. I'm probably going to trash my knees ... again. But it's okay. The cute instructor wears spandex nuthuggers which almost makes the pain worth while. I feel I now know the instructor better than his urologist does.

In other news, one of my roommates and I are planning on booby trapping the communal kitchen to prevent the third roomie from stealing anymore of our food. I'm lobbying hard for barbed wire, some C4 and maybe a little ricin in the cheap mofo's breakfast cereal.
